Standard Requirements to Take an Online Exam
A properly equipped computer - a desktop, laptop, or Chromebook with a single display (no smart devices or tablets). See system requirements.
A private room - if you don't have access to a private room, talk to your training program or library for availability. The exam must be in a private space with 4 walls (not glass), and a minimum of one door.
A mobile device - to complete a 360-degree room scan, you'll require a smart device or tablet (Apple or Android) that can download our complimentary app.

STEP 1: Prepare your testing space

STEP 3: Prepare your computer
Detach any extra screens and close all other open applications.
Have your battery chargers (laptop computer, cellular phone or tablet) plugged in or close by
Utilize a wired web connection instead of WiFi, if possible.
If utilizing WiFi, we suggest a minimum of 3Mbps and ask that other home members do not use the internet during your exam.

STEP 4: Download the ExamRoom 360 app
Download the ExamRoom 360 app to your mobile phone or tablet and have your CNA365 login credentials offered (the user name and password for your Credentia CNA365 account). This app is required to complete a 360 degree room scan, and to allow the proctor to monitor you throughout the exam. Please note that your smartphone or tablet camera is needed in addition to your computer camera throughout your exam.

STEP 5: Check-in for your exam
You can start the check in procedure approximately thirty minutes prior to your visit. Your onboarding agent will ensure everything is ready for your exam before introducing your proctor. Click here for onboarding process information.
HOW TO CHECK IN
To sign in for your exam, go to your state website on this website and click the CNA365 login button. When logged in, find your scheduled exam on your dashboard and select the "Start Exam" button.
